2. Quotes and Pricing
All service estimates provided online, by phone, or in person are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes upon inspection.
Discounts, promotions, or special offers must be mentioned when booking and cannot be applied retroactively.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
In case of bad weather or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule your appointment at no cost to you.
4. Access and Liability
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring service. Please secure pets, remove breakables, and inform us of any hazards.
While we take every precaution, Solar Pro Cleaning is not liable for existing damage, fragile surfaces, or undisclosed risks that may affect the outcome of service.
